I’m a husband, a father, a Trekkie, a Prince fan and an avid Karaoke singer. I have built my skillset and career over the last 30 years around being of service to the people and organizations that have chosen to work with me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leadership and Communication: I am a leader and communicator who believes that an organization’s most valued asset is its people. I thrive on using knowledge, experience and wisdom to help people become a better version of themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Extensive Experience: Over 10 years of training and 20 years of customer service experience combined to make over 30 years of working with people, aiming to leave each encounter better than before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Future Aspirations: In the next five years, I envisions leading a skilled team of trainers to bring out the best in the people they work with. As well as bringing the house down at a Karaoke lounge near you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Current Role: As a Technical Quality and Training Analyst, I provide data analysis on statistical metrics to report on and maintain agent performance. I develop comprehensive training materials, facilitate learning sessions, and lead multiple projects, collaborating with others to achieve both individual and organizational goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
