Aric Johnson
I’m a husband, a father, a Trekkie, a Prince fan and an avid Karaoke singer. I have built my skillset and career over the last 30 years around being of service to the people and organizations that have chosen to work with me.
Leadership and Communication: I am a leader and communicator who believes that an organization’s most valued asset is its people. I thrive on using knowledge, experience and wisdom to help people become a better version of themselves.
Extensive Experience: Over 10 years of training and 20 years of customer service experience combined to make over 30 years of working with people, aiming to leave each encounter better than before.
Future Aspirations: In the next five years, I envisions leading a skilled team of trainers to bring out the best in the people they work with. As well as bringing the house down at a Karaoke lounge near you.
Current Role: As a Technical Quality and Training Analyst, I provide data analysis on statistical metrics to report on and maintain agent performance. I develop comprehensive training materials, facilitate learning sessions, and lead multiple projects, collaborating with others to achieve both individual and organizational goals.
